His past experience as a commercial mortgage banker and apartment broker provides him with unique insights into the long-range impacts of daily management decisions. Jonathan specializes in single family homes, leasing commercial space, and procuring new business. He enjoys giving personalized tours and meeting new people daily. Jonathan holds four degrees in Property Management, Hospitality, Liberal Arts and General Studies. Prior to joining Williams Real Estate Advisers, he managed several 100+ unit town-home properties in Minneapolis, and contributed to various real estate firms in Southern California. In his spare time he enjoys travel, hiking, trivia, gardening, and live tweeting meteor showers.
Simply put, Theresa Ryan’s responsibilities are, to find her customers a home that they love. She works in tandem with the rest of the organization to coordinate all aspects of the leasing process. Her previous experience in the entertainment industry and in customer service has granted her both a keen eye for detail and an ability to work easily with customers of varying interests and backgrounds. She is a proud graduate of SUNY Purchase’s acting conservatory. A member of several LA bands, Theresa also moonlights as a karaoke host and event singer. She and her husband have three crazy rescue dogs and play competitive dodge-ball.
Abigail Adams the III, yes that is correct the III, is a pour native Texan.Abby brings sass , sweetness, and of course southern hospitality to her leasing style and residents. Abby considers the West-side of LA the best side- not only because that is her leasing area but that is where she lives as well... and it is the best side. When not leasing she can be often found acting in the local playhouses or at home with her cats, and if you every need to know fun LA activities to do in the city she can tell all the best spots in town.
Adrian specializes in the Hollywood and Los Feliz areas. Adrian recently moved here from Chicago. Outside of her work as your leasing agent she can be seen in a number of National commercials. She is a graduate of DePaul University.
Sabrina has over ten years’ experience in sales and business. While she's not leasing or helping clients to find the perfect home, she is running her own design company. She graduated UC Irvine Cum Laude with a degree in drama, and can also be found giving tours on Universal Studios back-lot.
With over 20 years of experience in Accounting, Rigo is responsible for producing month end financials reports for properties managed and providing general accounting guidance. He attended USC, earned a Certificate in Accounting from East Los Angeles College, and graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership. Rigo volunteers as a Treasurer for Verdugo Pines Bible Camp in Wrightwood, CA and enjoys watching all sports, but especially Trojan football (Fight On!).

Albert is responsible for all accounts payable. He has been working in the accounting field for over 15 yrs. He spent 5 years doing accounts payable in the manufacturing field and 10 years as a full charge bookkeeping. He enjoys camping, fishing and computers.
